Trace your foot on paper and measure heel to toe. Size up if between two sizes. Measure later in the day for best results.

CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of the chest.

WAIST: Measure around the natural waistline, just above the hips.

HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
