Saucony uses US sizing. Choose your usual size. Size up if between two sizes.

Mizuno runs slightly small. We recommend going half a size up.

Salomon follows standard EU sizing. For trail, size up half a size to allow 5–10mm space at the toe.

CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of the chest.

WAIST: Measure around the natural waistline, just above the hips.

HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.

HEIGHT: Measure from top of head to floor without shoes.
